## Frequently asked questions

- **Do you deliver across Pakistan?** Yes. SadaPure delivers nationwide, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and smaller cities served by our courier partners.
- **How much is delivery?** Delivery is PKR 250. Orders over PKR 3,000 are delivered free anywhere in Pakistan.
- **How long does delivery take?** Orders are dispatched after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your city and the courier's schedule; major cities are usually quicker than remote areas.
- **Do you ship outside Pakistan?** Not at present. SadaPure currently serves customers inside Pakistan only.
- **Is Cash on Delivery available?** Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on every order and no advance payment is required. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
- **Can I pay online?** Online payment is built into the checkout but is switched off until a payment gateway is connected. Cash on Delivery is the active method today.
- **Are prices inclusive of tax?** Yes. All prices shown on the site are in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- **How will I know my order is confirmed?** After checkout you receive an order number on screen and a WhatsApp message summarising your order, so you can check the details before dispatch.
- **How do I track my order?** Enter your order number and the mobile number you used at checkout on the Track Order page to see the current status of your order.
- **Can I change or cancel my order?** Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be changed or cancelled.
- **Can I add an item to an order I have already placed?** If the order has not been dispatched, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we can usually combine it so you pay one delivery charge.
- **What happens if nobody is home at delivery?** The courier attempts delivery again and will normally call the mobile number on the order first. Adding a landmark in the delivery notes helps couriers find you faster.
- **Do I need an account to order?** No. You can check out as a guest with your name, mobile number and address. An account simply saves your details and keeps your order history in one place.
- **How is the price for larger sizes calculated?** Each product has one base rate. Larger packs are priced from that same rate, so a 5 kg pack costs twice a 2.5 kg pack of the same blend. The per-kilo or per-litre rate is shown on every product page so you can compare sizes directly.
- **What is the smallest quantity I can order?** Multigrain flours start at 1 kg and oils start at their standard bottle size. The smallest available pack is preselected on each product page and is the price quoted in search results.
- **Do larger packs work out cheaper?** Pricing is proportional, so the per-kilo rate is the same across sizes. Larger packs save you delivery charges rather than unit cost, because orders over PKR 3,000 ship free.
- **Are prices inclusive of tax?** Yes. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- **How do I know if something is in stock?** Every product page shows a live stock indicator next to the price. If an item is out of stock the Add to Basket button is disabled rather than hidden, so you can still see the product and its details.
- **Do you restock sold-out products?** Yes. Popular blends are restocked regularly. Message us on WhatsApp with the product name and we will tell you when it is expected back.
- **Can I order a quantity larger than the listed sizes?** Yes. For bulk, wholesale or catering quantities, use the Wholesale / bulk order subject on the contact form and we will quote you directly.
- **What are the benefits of creating an account?** An account saves your name, mobile number and email so checkout is faster, and keeps your order history in one place. It is entirely optional.
- **Will my earlier guest orders appear in my account?** Yes. Orders are matched to your account using the mobile number or email you used at checkout, so guest orders placed before you registered still show in your order history.
- **How do you handle my personal information?** We collect only what is needed to deliver your order and contact you about it. Full details are set out on the Privacy Policy page.
- **I forgot my password. What should I do?** Message our support team on WhatsApp or through the contact form and we will help you regain access to your account.
- **What is your returns policy?** Report damaged, incorrect or defective items to our complaints line as soon as they arrive. Full conditions and timelines are set out on the Refund & Returns page.
- **My order arrived damaged. What should I do?** Message the complaints number on WhatsApp with your order number and a photograph of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
- **Are the wellness blends medical products?** No. Blends named for diabetes, PCOS, thyroid or hair and skin support are food products made from whole grains, pulses and seeds. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
- **Do the flours contain gluten?** Yes. The multigrain blends are wheat-forward and contain gluten. Individual allergen information is listed on each product page.
- **How should I store SadaPure flour?** Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In humid weather, refrigerating the pack helps keep it fresh for longer.
- **Are the oils food grade or for external use?** This varies by product. Each product page states the intended use and directions - please follow the information printed on the bottle.
- **How quickly do you reply?** We reply during business hours - Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm PKT - usually within one working day. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working day.
- **What is the fastest way to reach you?** WhatsApp is fastest for order questions. Use +92 308 4672336 for new orders and order status, and +92 323 4522146 for problems with an order you have already placed.
- **Can I visit you in person?** We are based on MM Alam Road, Gulberg, Lahore. Please message us before visiting so we can make sure someone is available.
