Where We Ship

We currently ship orders across Pakistan via leading national courier partners. Street addresses are required; couriers typically cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment (or after COD verification where applicable). Business days are Monday–Saturday (PKT), excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes (Courier-Estimated)

  • Major cities: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Non-metro & remote areas: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
    Actual delivery times can vary due to courier routing, weather, or holiday volume.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (including any free-shipping threshold) are shown at checkout and depend on destination, order weight/volume, and any promotions in effect.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders nationwide. High-value orders or orders shipping to certain locations may require prepayment or partial advance. Couriers may accept cash only for COD; please have the exact amount ready at delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email/SMS. You can follow live updates on the courier’s tracking page. If tracking shows a delay beyond the estimates above, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the courier.

Address Changes & Missed Deliveries

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible—changes may not be possible once a parcel is in transit. Couriers usually make 1–2 re-delivery attempts; unreceived COD parcels may be returned to sender.

Damaged, Opened, or Lost Parcels

Please refuse delivery of any parcel that appears opened or damaged, and notify us within 24 hours with photos so we can investigate with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll offer a replacement or refund according to your preference and product availability.

Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.

Public Holidays & Exceptional Circumstances

Dispatch and delivery services pause on national/public holidays. Weather events, security advisories, or courier network disruptions can extend delivery times; we’ll keep you updated when we’re notified.

International Shipping

If international shipping is enabled, available countries, fees, and timelines will appear at checkout. Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Order Not Received

If your package hasn’t arrived 7 business days after the last tracking update (Pakistan deliveries), contact us with your order number. We’ll open a case with the courier and resolve it promptly.
