At SadaPure, we carefully pack every order to keep your products safe, clean, and fresh during delivery. Our goal is to provide a reliable delivery experience for customers in Pakistan, and we are also preparing to expand our delivery service for international customers in the future.
Delivery Coverage
Currently, SadaPure delivers orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery service is available in most major cities, towns, and courier-serviceable areas.
In the future, SadaPure may offer international delivery to selected countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and other regions, depending on courier availability, food import rules, and product eligibility.
Order Processing
Once your order is received, our team verifies the details, prepares the products, and packs the parcel carefully before dispatch.
Processing time: 1–2 working days
Orders received on Sunday or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
During sale campaigns, product launches, high-demand periods, or courier disruptions, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time in Pakistan
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities: 3–6 working days
- Remote areas: 4–8 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, road closures, incorrect address details, or high shipment volume.
Future International Delivery
SadaPure plans to introduce international delivery for selected products and selected countries. International shipping will be offered only where the courier service and destination-country rules allow the import of food, flour, seeds, oils, or wellness products.
International delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, airline/courier operations, and local delivery process.
Estimated international delivery time: 7–21 working days after dispatch
Some countries may take longer due to customs inspection, documentation requirements, import restrictions, or local delivery delays.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for any customs duty, import tax, VAT, clearance fee, or local government charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by SadaPure and may vary from country to country. Courier companies and customs authorities calculate duties and taxes based on factors such as declared value, product category, HS code, destination country, and local import rules.
SadaPure will not be responsible for customs delays, additional import charges, or parcels held by customs due to destination-country regulations.
Product Restrictions for International Orders
Some SadaPure products may not be eligible for international delivery due to food import regulations, customs restrictions, weight limits, or courier policies.
Before international dispatch, SadaPure may review the order and confirm whether the selected product can be shipped to the customer’s country.
Products that may require extra checking include:
- Flour and grain-based products
- Seeds and herbal ingredients
- Oils and liquid products
- Large-weight packs
- Food products with country-specific restrictions
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight, delivery city/country, courier service, and available shipping method.
For Pakistan orders, delivery charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.
For future international orders, shipping charges may be calculated separately after order review, especially for heavy products such as atta bags or bulk packs.
Cash on Delivery in Pakistan
SadaPure may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan where courier service is available.
Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery. The courier rider may contact you before delivery, so please provide an active phone number and complete address.
COD may not be available for some high-value orders, bulk orders, remote areas, or international orders.
International Payment Method
For future international orders, payment may be required in advance through available secure payment methods. Cash on Delivery will not be available for international shipments.
International orders may be confirmed only after payment, shipping availability, and product eligibility are verified.

SadaPure will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or unreachable phone number.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or order notification. Customers can use the tracking number to check the parcel status through the courier’s tracking system.
For international orders, tracking updates may take time to appear during customs clearance or airline transit.
Failed Delivery or Return to Sender
If the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to courier calls, the parcel may be returned to SadaPure.
Repeated parcel refusal, fake orders, or non-serious COD orders may result in order cancellation or COD restriction on future purchases.
For international orders, if a parcel is returned due to customer refusal, unpaid duties/taxes, incorrect address, or import restrictions, shipping charges and return costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Damaged, Opened, or Leaked Parcel
Please check the parcel condition at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with, take clear photos or a short video immediately.
Contact SadaPure support within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and share:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Photos or video of the parcel
- Clear details of the issue
After review, our team will guide you regarding the next step.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a different product from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and kept in its original packaging. After verification, SadaPure may arrange a replacement or suitable solution according to the case.
Freshness & Safe Packaging
SadaPure products are packed with care to help maintain freshness, hygiene, and quality during delivery. Food products should be stored in a cool, dry place after receiving the parcel.
Please always follow the storage instructions mentioned on the product label.
Bulk & Wholesale Delivery
For bulk orders, reseller orders, B2B supply, or international wholesale inquiries, delivery charges, dispatch time, and shipping method may be confirmed separately.
Bulk atta bags, heavy cartons, and international shipments may require special packing and custom shipping arrangements.
