Disclaimer

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This disclaimer explains what SadaPure does and does not promise about the products we sell and the information we publish. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy. By using sadapure.com or ordering from us, you accept the terms set out below.

We write these pages in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.

What This Disclaimer Covers

SadaPure supplies natural food and personal-care products, including multigrain flours (atta), whole grains, pulses, seeds, dry fruits, cold-pressed carrier oils, essential oils, herbal powders and other natural pantry and self-care items. This page applies to every product we sell, every page on sadapure.com, and every article, guide, recipe and FAQ we publish — including products and content added after the date above.

Our Products Are Foods and Personal-Care Items, Not Medicines

Everything we sell is a food, culinary or personal-care product. Nothing we sell is a medicine, a drug, a dietary supplement licensed for therapeutic use, or a treatment for any disease or medical condition.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. They are meant to be part of a balanced diet and an everyday care routine — nothing more, and we will not claim more.

Product Names Describe the Blend, Not a Medical Claim

Some of our blends carry names such as Diabetes Support Multigrain Atta, PCOS Support Multigrain Atta, Women's Wellness, Men's Stamina, Digestive and Hair Fall Rescue. Some of our oils and herbal products are described by the routine people usually buy them for, such as hair care, scalp care or skin care.

These names describe who we had in mind when we chose the grains, pulses, seeds or botanicals for that product — for example, a higher proportion of slow-digesting whole grains and fibre in the diabetes-conscious blend. They are recipe descriptions and dietary positioning. They are not a claim that the product manages diabetes, treats PCOS, corrects hormones, regrows hair or improves stamina.

A flour blend, an oil or a herbal powder cannot replace prescribed medication or a clinician's treatment plan. Please do not stop, reduce or change any prescribed treatment because of something you bought from us.

Talk to a Qualified Professional First

Always speak to your doctor, registered dietitian, dermatologist or another qualified healthcare professional before adding any of our products to your routine — and especially before doing so if you:

  • live with diabetes, insulin resistance, a thyroid or hormonal disorder, PCOS, kidney disease, liver disease, epilepsy, asthma or heart disease;
  • take prescription medication of any kind, including blood-sugar, blood-thinning, blood-pressure, hormonal or thyroid medication;
  • are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding;
  • are buying for a child, an infant or an elderly family member;
  • have coeliac disease, a gluten intolerance, a nut, seed or pollen allergy, or any other food allergy;
  • are scheduled for surgery, or are recovering from illness or surgery.

Several ingredients commonly used in multigrain blends, seeds, botanicals and natural oils — including flaxseed, fenugreek (methi), black seed (kalonji), barley, cinnamon and liquorice — may affect blood sugar, blood pressure, hormones or how certain medicines work. Your doctor knows your history and your prescriptions; we do not.

Allergen and Intolerance Notice

Our multigrain flours contain wheat and gluten. They are not gluten-free and are not suitable for anyone with coeliac disease or a wheat allergy.

Depending on the product, our range may also contain or be handled alongside barley, oats, chickpea and other pulses, soy, sesame, flaxseed, chia, sunflower and pumpkin seed, mustard, and tree nuts such as almond, walnut, apricot kernel, pistachio and cashew.

Our flours, seeds, grains and powders are milled, blended and packed in a shared facility. Even with careful cleaning between batches, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of another grain, seed, nut or botanical. If you have a diagnosed allergy, please treat every product as if cross-contact is possible.

Always read the ingredient list on the pack you receive. The pack label is the authoritative source. Recipes and sourcing can change, and the label will always be more current than a web page. If a pack label and this website ever disagree, follow the pack.

Cold-Pressed Carrier Oils: Please Use Them Safely

Our cold-pressed carrier oils — including olive, coconut, sesame, walnut, apricot kernel, castor, sweet almond, black seed, jojoba and squalane — are supplied for external, topical use such as hair, scalp, skin and massage care, unless the pack states otherwise. Do not swallow any oil that is not clearly labelled as food grade.

Before first use, do a patch test: apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. If you notice redness, itching, burning or swelling, stop using it and rinse the area. Stop using any oil immediately if irritation develops later.

Please also note:

  • Keep oils away from the eyes and mucous membranes. If oil enters the eye, rinse with clean water; seek medical help if discomfort continues.
  • Speak to a paediatrician before using any oil on a baby or young child, including for massage.
  • People with sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis, an active scalp infection or a known nut allergy should consult a dermatologist first — nut-derived oils such as almond, walnut and apricot kernel deserve particular caution.
  • Castor oil can act as a strong laxative if swallowed and should not be taken internally.
  • Keep all oils out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight and away from open flame.

Essential Oils: Never Apply Them Undiluted

Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts and need more care than carrier oils. Unless a product label clearly states otherwise:

  • Always dilute an essential oil in a suitable carrier oil before applying it to skin or scalp. Never apply an essential oil neat.
  • Never swallow an essential oil. Internal use should only ever happen under qualified supervision.
  • Patch test every diluted blend before wider use, and keep essential oils well away from the eyes, ears and other mucous membranes.
  • Citrus oils such as lemon, orange and bergamot can be phototoxic — avoid sun exposure on treated skin for at least 12 hours.
  • Some oils are not considered suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for young children, or for people with epilepsy, asthma or high blood pressure. Check with a qualified professional first.
  • Keep essential oils out of reach of children and away from pets — several oils that are safe for adults are toxic to cats, dogs and birds.
  • Store tightly closed, away from heat, sunlight and open flame.

Our oils are cosmetic and culinary products. They are not licensed medicines and are not a substitute for dermatological or medical treatment for hair loss, skin disease or any other condition. Aromatherapy information we publish is traditional and general in nature, not clinical guidance.

Herbs, Powders and Traditional-Use Ingredients

Some products we sell are herbs, botanicals, roots or powders with a long history of traditional, culinary or home use in this region. Descriptions of that traditional use are cultural and historical background — they are not evidence of medical effectiveness and are not a therapeutic claim by SadaPure.

Herbal ingredients are not harmless simply because they are natural. They can interact with prescription medicines, may be unsuitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and can cause reactions in sensitive people. Please use them in normal culinary quantities, do not self-medicate, and consult a qualified professional before regular or high-dose use.

Honey, Dry Fruits and Raw Natural Foods

Raw and minimally processed foods behave differently from industrial products. Natural honey may crystallise, change colour or vary in aroma between seasons and floral sources — this is normal and not a fault. Honey must never be given to infants under 12 months of age.

Dry fruits, nuts, seeds and whole grains are natural products and may contain occasional shell fragments, stalks or natural variation despite careful sorting. Please inspect before use, store in a cool dry place in an airtight container, and follow any storage instructions on the pack.

Results Are Individual and Not Guaranteed

Diet, genetics, age, hormones, medication, sleep, stress, climate, water quality and how consistently a product is used all affect what any person experiences. Because of this, we cannot and do not promise any specific outcome — no particular blood-sugar reading, weight change, hair growth, skin improvement, energy level or wellbeing result.

Anything we publish about ingredients describes what those ingredients are generally understood to contribute to a balanced diet or a care routine. It is not a prediction of what will happen to you.

What We Mean by "Organic", "Pure" and "Cold Pressed"

We use these words to describe how we source and process, and we want you to know exactly what they mean on our site:

  • Organic — we source from growers and suppliers who follow organic and chemical-free growing practices wherever we can verify it. Unless a specific product page displays a certification body and a certificate number, please treat the word as a description of our sourcing approach rather than as a claim of formal third-party organic certification.
  • Pure / 100% Pure — the contents are that single named ingredient, with no added mineral oil, fragrance, filler or diluent.
  • Cold pressed — the oil is mechanically pressed without applied heat or chemical solvent extraction.
  • Natural — derived from a plant or other natural source rather than synthesised. It does not by itself mean an ingredient is safe for everyone.

If you need certification documents or a lab report for a particular batch for commercial or medical reasons, ask us and we will tell you honestly what we hold for that batch.

Nutrition and Ingredient Information Is Approximate

Grains, pulses, seeds and botanicals are agricultural products. Fibre, protein, moisture, colour, aroma, texture, potency and grind can vary naturally between harvests, seasons and suppliers.

Any nutrition figures we publish are typical values or estimates for a standard blend, not a certified laboratory analysis of the specific pack you receive. They are provided for general guidance only. Anyone counting carbohydrates, managing renal intake or following a clinically supervised diet should rely on their own healthcare team and on the pack label rather than on our published figures.

Product Images and Packaging

Photographs, banners and illustrations on this website are for presentation. Natural colour, grain size, texture and oil shade differ between batches, and screens display colour differently. Packaging design, pack size and label layout may also be updated without notice. The product you receive may therefore look slightly different from the photograph.

Pricing, Availability and Errors

We work hard to keep prices, discounts, weights and stock status correct. Even so, human error, a technical fault or a supplier change can produce a mistake on the site.

Prices and offers are shown in Pakistani Rupees and may change at any time before an order is confirmed. Where an obvious pricing or description error affects an order, we may correct it, cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We will always tell you before doing so. Our Terms & Conditions govern how orders are accepted.

Organic Insights, Guides and Blog Content

Our Organic Insights articles, buying guides, recipes, FAQs and Urdu guides are published for general education and information only. They are not personalised nutrition, medical, dermatological or fitness advice, and reading them does not create any professional or clinical relationship between you and SadaPure.

Where we mention research, traditional use or nutrition science, we are summarising publicly available information in plain language. A reference to a study is not proof that a SadaPure product produces the same effect, and it is not an endorsement of us by any researcher, institution or publication. Science moves on, and an article that was accurate when published may become out of date.

Never delay seeking professional advice, and never disregard advice you have already received, because of something you read on this website.

AI-Assisted Content

Some content on this website — including parts of our product descriptions, FAQs, research summaries and blog articles — is drafted with the help of artificial intelligence tools and then reviewed and edited by our team before publication.

We do this to publish clearly and consistently, not to replace human judgement. AI tools can still produce errors or outdated statements. If you spot anything inaccurate, please tell us and we will correct it.

Customer Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews, ratings, photographs and comments published on this website are the personal opinions and experiences of the customers who submitted them. They are shared as posted and are not verified medical outcomes.

One customer's experience does not predict yours, and testimonials should not be read as typical results. We do not offer payment or free product in exchange for a positive review. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or that makes medical claims we cannot support.

Affiliates, Partners and Resellers

SadaPure runs an Affiliate Program. Affiliates, resellers, influencers and marketing partners are independent and are not employees or agents of SadaPure.

They are required to describe our products accurately and are not permitted to make medical, therapeutic or disease-treatment claims. However, we do not control every post, video, message or listing they publish, and we are not responsible for statements they make that go beyond our official product information.

Our own website and packaging are the only authoritative sources for what a SadaPure product is. If you see a claim about our products anywhere else that seems exaggerated, please report it to us.

Links to Other Websites

This website may link to third-party sites, social platforms, payment providers and courier tracking services for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products, security or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion, and their terms and privacy policies will apply once you leave sadapure.com.

Regulatory Status

SadaPure operates from Lahore, Pakistan, and sells within Pakistan. Our products are food and cosmetic products supplied in line with applicable Pakistani food and consumer regulations.

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated or approved by any food, drug or health regulatory authority as treatment claims, because our products are not offered as treatments. No statement on this site should be read as regulatory approval of a health, therapeutic or disease claim.

Medical Emergencies

This website is not a service for urgent or emergency care. If you experience a severe allergic reaction, difficulty breathing, chest pain, a dangerously high or low blood-sugar reading, accidental swallowing of a non-food product, or any other medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on this website or on messages sent to our WhatsApp numbers for emergency help.

Limitation of Liability

You use this website and our products at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SadaPure and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on information published on it, or use or misuse of a product contrary to the instructions, warnings and allergen information on its pack.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our responsibilities for faulty, damaged or incorrect deliveries are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this page as our product range, our sourcing or the law changes. The revised version applies from the date it is published, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised. Please check back from time to time.
