Most atta is sold as a commodity. You buy a bag, you hope it is clean, and you find out how good it was only after the first roti. Nobody tells you which grains went in, when it was milled, or how long it sat in a warehouse.
SadaPure exists because that is a strange way to buy the one food your family eats every single day.
Stone-ground · Nitrogen-flushed packing · Batch-coded · No maida, no fillers · Only what the label lists
A Blend Built Around How You Actually Eat
This is the real difference, and it is the reason most of our customers stay.
Ordinary multigrain atta is one recipe sold to everyone. We build separate blends for different routines — because a household managing sugar intake, someone focused on protein and fibre for an active week, and a family wanting a gentler, higher-fibre roti are not the same customer.
Our current blends include Diabetes Care, PCOS & Women's Wellness, Men's Stamina, Hair & Skin and Digestive.
Each one uses a different ratio of whole grains, pulses and seeds — more slow-digesting grain and fibre here, more plant protein and seed there. These are dietary blends, designed around eating patterns. They are not medicines and they do not treat any condition — our Disclaimer says so plainly, and we would rather you trust us than be impressed by us.

Three Things That Actually Change the Roti
1. Stone-ground, not roller-milled
Industrial roller mills work fast and run hot, and heat strips the aroma out of grain and damages the natural oils in the germ. We stone-grind at a slower speed, which keeps temperature down and keeps the bran and germ intact.
You can smell the difference when you open the bag. That is not marketing — it is what low-heat milling does.
2. Nitrogen-flushed packing
This one matters more than most people realise, and almost nobody else in this market does it.
Multigrain atta is not plain wheat. It contains seeds — flax, pumpkin, sunflower — and seeds carry natural oils. Oils meet oxygen and they go rancid. That stale, slightly bitter taste in an old bag of multigrain flour is oxidation, and it starts the moment the flour is packed in an ordinary bag.
We flush our packs with nitrogen and seal them, which displaces the oxygen. The flour reaches you tasting the way it did when it was milled.
3. Consistent granulation
This is the part nobody thinks about and the part that decides everything.
We mill to a steady particle size and sieve to hold it there. Consistent particles absorb water at a consistent rate — so your dough behaves the same way this month as it did last month. Soft rotis, even puffing, flatbreads that hold their structure instead of turning dense or crumbly.
Inconsistent atta is why the same recipe works one week and fails the next. It is almost never the cook.
Only What the Label Lists
Our blends are 100% whole grains, pulses and seeds. No maida. No fillers to bulk out the weight. No improvers, dough conditioners, artificial flavours or colours.
Typical components across the range include whole wheat, barley, oats, sorghum (jowar), chickpea (chana), flaxseed, pumpkin seed and watermelon seed — with the exact combination printed on each pack.
If an ingredient is not on the label, it is not in the bag. That is the whole rule.
Batch-Coded, So Nothing Is Anonymous
Every pack carries a batch code linking it to its milling date and source lots.
If you ever have a question about a pack — an unusual smell, a texture that seems off, anything at all — send us that code on WhatsApp and we can look up exactly when it was milled and what went into it. It also means that if one batch has a problem, we can identify every other pack from it rather than guessing.
Traceability is not a marketing feature. It is what lets us take responsibility properly.
Our Process
- Source — we select whole grains, pulses and seeds from Pakistani growers and trusted suppliers, judged on cleanliness, moisture and season.
- Clean — multi-stage cleaning removes stones, dust and chaff; lots are kept separate by grain type and harvest window.
- Condition — gentle tempering allows an even grind while protecting the bran and germ.
- Stone-grind — milled slowly to a stable granulation, keeping heat build-up and aroma loss low.
- Sieve and blend — mesh screening aligns particle sizes, then blends are built to hit hydration and softness targets.
- Flush, seal and code — packs are nitrogen-flushed, sealed, and marked with a batch code before dispatch.
What We Will Not Tell You
You have seen the claims in this market. Flour that reverses diabetes. Oil that regrows hair in two weeks. Powders that fix hormones.
We will never write any of that, and it costs us sales.
What a well-built multigrain flour genuinely offers is more fibre and plant protein than plain wheat atta, in a form your family will actually eat every day. That is worth a lot. It is not a cure, and anyone telling you otherwise is either mistaken or selling.
We would rather be the brand you believe.
"But Multigrain Roti Comes Out Hard"
Usually it is hydration, not the flour.
Multigrain blends carry more fibre and pulse content than plain atta, and fibre absorbs more water. Start at 60–66% water by weight, knead until smooth, and rest the dough 15–20 minutes before rolling. For parathas, add slightly more water or a teaspoon of oil for better layering.
If you are switching from plain atta, mix half SadaPure and half your usual flour for the first week, then increase. Your family adjusts to the taste gradually and nobody complains.
If It Is Not Right, We Fix It
If a sealed pack turns out to have a genuine problem — an off smell, insect activity, mould, or anything that should not be there — we replace it or refund it in full. You do not need to send spoiled food back to us. Just send photos and the batch code.

Common Questions
Which SadaPure blend should I start with?
If you are unsure, start with our general multigrain blend. If you have a specific routine in mind — managing sugar intake, higher protein, or a gentler high-fibre roti — pick the matching blend. Still unsure? Message us and we will suggest one honestly, including telling you if a cheaper option suits you better.
How much water should I use?
Start at 60–66% water by weight and adjust for climate and flour age. Knead until smooth, rest 15–20 minutes, then roll and cook on a hot tava for even puffing.
Is SadaPure atta gluten-free?
No. Our multigrain blends contain wheat and gluten and are not suitable for coeliac disease or a wheat allergy. They are milled in a facility that also handles other grains, pulses, nuts and seeds. See our Disclaimer for full allergen information.
Can children and older family members eat it daily?
Yes, as part of normal meals alongside protein and vegetables. Introduce it gradually if your family is not used to high-fibre flour, and drink enough water. If anyone in the household has a health condition or takes regular medication, check with their doctor first.
How should I store it in humid weather?
Move it into an airtight container in a cool, dry place as soon as you open the pack, and refrigerate it if humidity is high. Use a clean, dry scoop, seal after every use, and finish an opened pack within a few weeks for the best aroma. Once a nitrogen-flushed pack is opened, ordinary storage rules apply again.
How is this different from plain wheat atta?
Plain atta is one grain. Our blends combine whole grains, pulses and seeds, which gives more fibre and plant protein and a slower, steadier release of energy — plus a fuller flavour. The trade-off is that it needs slightly more water and a proper rest before rolling.
