Welcome to SadaPure. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Definitions

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit site content without prior written consent.
  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

4) Product Information & Health Disclaimer

  • We aim for accurate product details, including ingredients and usage guidance. Minor typographical, photographic, or display errors may occur and may be corrected without notice.
  • Our foods are everyday foods—not medicine. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. For health concerns (e.g., blood sugar, hormonal balance, heart health, digestion), consult your healthcare professional.
  • Always read labels at delivery for ingredients, allergens, storage, and best-before information. Packaging may differ slightly due to batch updates.

5) Orders & Contract

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (e.g., stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
  • We will confirm acceptance by order confirmation email/SMS. Title and risk in goods pass upon delivery by the courier to your address.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • Prices are shown in PKR and may change without notice.
  • Taxes/duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and prevailing rules.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to cancel orders arising from such errors.

7) Payment Methods

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations, and online payments (card/bank/wallet) where available (e.g., JazzCash/Easypaisa).
  • For COD, please have exact cash ready. For high-value orders or certain areas, we may require prepayment or a partial advance.
  • By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method and that details are accurate.

8) Shipping & Delivery

  • National delivery across Pakistan via partnered couriers.
  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, PKT), excluding public holidays; delivery times depend on destination and courier routing.
  • Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., weather, network disruptions).

9) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • We accept returns only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (e.g., sealed/unused items within the stated window; damage/incorrect items reported promptly with photos).
  • Refunds for online payments are made to the original method where possible; COD refunds are generally via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Please read the Return & Refund Policy carefully; it is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

10) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  • Promotions and coupon codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may have expiry dates or minimum order values.
  • Unless otherwise stated, codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.
  • We may cancel or adjust promotions to prevent misuse, abuse, or error.

11) Reviews & User Content

  • If you submit reviews, questions, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in any media.
  • You are solely responsible for your submissions and warrant they are accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

12) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate any local, provincial, or national law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or disrupt our Services.
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) without written permission.
  • Post or transmit content that is defamatory, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights.

  • SadaPure, our logos, trade dress, and product names are trademarks of the company.
  • All other trademarks are property of their respective owners.
  • Nothing in these Terms grants any license to our trademarks or copyrighted works.

14) Third-Party Links & Services

  • Our site may link to third-party websites (e.g., courier tracking, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
  • Use third-party services at your own discretion and review their terms.

15) Communications & Consent

  • By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails/SMS (order updates, delivery notifications).
  • You may opt in/out of marketing communications at any time using the provided unsubscribe options. See our Privacy Policy for details.

16) Privacy & Data Protection

  • We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy (collection, use, storage, and sharing).
  • By using the Services, you consent to that processing. Keep your contact and address details accurate and up to date for order communication.

17) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, government actions, epidemics/pandemics, or widespread network/courier outages.

18) Warranties & Liability (to the extent permitted by law)

  • The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in writing.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold SadaPure, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt good-faith resolution via our support team.
  • Failing informal resolution, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City], Pakistan.

21) Changes to Terms

22) Severability & Waiver
