This Privacy Policy explains how SadaPure ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you visit sadapure.com, create an account, place an order, leave a review or contact our support team.
We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a policy you cannot understand protects nobody. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

What This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to our website, our checkout, your customer account, our customer support channels (email, phone and WhatsApp) and the official social media pages we operate.
It does not cover third-party services we link to or hand your parcel to — couriers, payment providers, social platforms or other websites. Those organisations have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reading them.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Identity and contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses.
- Account information — your password, stored only in encrypted (hashed) form that we cannot read, and your email verification status.
- Order information — the products you buy, quantities, delivery notes, order totals and your order history.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, the contact form or WhatsApp, and our replies.
- Reviews and ratings — anything you submit about a product, including any photo you attach.
- Marketing preferences — whether you have agreed to receive offers from us.
Information we collect automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view.
- Security data — sign-in attempts, one-time verification codes, and request counts used to block automated abuse. Your IP address is used for rate limiting so that a small number of bad actors cannot flood the site or attempt to break into accounts.
- Error reports — when something breaks on the site, our software records what went wrong and which page it happened on, so we can fix it.
- Cookies — described in their own section below.
Information we receive from others
- Couriers — delivery status, tracking updates and proof of delivery.
- Payment providers — confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and a masked reference. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, PIN or wallet password.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your CNIC number, your health or medical records, your biometric data, or any other sensitive category of personal data. Please do not send us medical information — including test reports or prescriptions — through WhatsApp or email. We are a food and personal-care retailer, we are not qualified to advise on it, and we would rather not hold it.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for three things only.
Essential cookies — always on
These make the site work and cannot be switched off:
- Your shopping cart, so items stay in it while you browse.
- Your sign-in session, so you are not logged out on every page. Session identifiers are stored in encrypted form.
- A review-eligibility cookie, which lets us confirm that a review comes from someone who genuinely bought the product. It contains a signed reference, not your personal details.
- Security cookies that protect forms and checkout against fraudulent submissions.
Analytics cookies — optional
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they use and where problems occur. This tells us that a page is confusing; it does not tell us who you are. Google processes this data as our service provider and may store it outside Pakistan. You can read Google's privacy policy, and opt out using Google's browser add-on or your browser settings.
We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, and we do not track you across other websites.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop checkout and sign-in from working. Blocking analytics cookies changes nothing for you.
Who We Share Your Information With
We share the minimum needed to run the business, and only with:
- Courier and delivery companies — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your parcel. They cannot use it for their own marketing.
- Payment providers — to process online payments securely.
- Hosting, email and IT security providers — who operate the servers this website runs on and deliver our transactional emails.
- Google Analytics — as described above.
- Professional advisors — accountants or lawyers, only where genuinely necessary.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We do not rent or trade customer lists.
Artificial intelligence tools
We use AI tools to help draft and review product descriptions, articles and FAQs, as explained in our Disclaimer. Your personal information, orders and support messages are not sent to these tools.
WhatsApp and Phone
Many of our customers prefer to order and get help on WhatsApp. When you message us there, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and whatever you choose to share. We use it to answer you and to process your order.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your use of it is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email us instead — we answer both.
Reviews Are Public
Product reviews you submit are published on our website along with the name you provide. Please do not include your phone number, address, order number or any other private detail in the review text itself. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
Marketing
We only send marketing if you have asked for it. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or email my@sadapure.com at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service messages about an order you have placed — order confirmations, dispatch alerts and delivery updates. Those are part of fulfilling your order.
How Long We Keep Your Information

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your data and close your account, subject to records we must legally keep, such as invoices.
- Stop marketing to you, at any time and without giving a reason.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Remove a review you published.
Email my@sadapure.com with your name, the phone number or email on your account, and your order number if you have one. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you — that protects your account from someone else requesting your data.
We aim to respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, hashed session identifiers, restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis, rate limiting against automated attacks, and regular updates to the software the site runs on.
No system is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. Please use a strong, unique password, do not share your one-time verification codes with anyone, and tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
We will never ask you for your password, your full card number or an OTP by phone, WhatsApp or email. Anyone who does is not us.
Children
Our website and accounts are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
Where Your Data Is Processed
SadaPure operates from Pakistan and serves customers in Pakistan. Some of our service providers — including our hosting and analytics providers — operate servers outside Pakistan, so your data may be processed in other countries.
Where that happens, we use established providers who apply recognised security and data-protection standards, and we share only what those services need to function.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and applicable consumer protection law. If Pakistan's data protection legislation changes, we will update this Policy to match it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The "last updated" date below always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
